Hi everyone, my name is Marie-Pierre and I'm very happy that Kinnari thought of me to be a guest on the Pinkfresh Studio blog!! I am scrapbooking since 2008 and I am currently on the Pretty Little Studio and Get it Scrapped design teams and I am writing for the French magazine Entre Artistes. I'm a Project Lifer (it's my 5th year doing it!) and I'm a traditionnal scrapper too. You can follow me on my blog: http://mpcapistran.

The first thing I imagined when I opened my embellishment kit was a Project Life spread. These small and cute embellishments are just the perfect thing to make custom cards, write titles and add some charms to your photos!
I thought using the & die with some glitter paper was really cool. I love the effect of the & alone in the pocket. The have fun in the sun was stamped with Hero Arts Ombre ink on glossy white cardstock.
I used some watercolor paper, some watercolor and some archival ink to make the #goodtimes card.
Although wanted to leave the small card on the very left all black and white, I still stamped on watercolor paper so that the color of the 2 3x4 cards would be the same.
For my second page, I really loved the orange and pink tones of the kit so I decided to scrap a picture of our last vacation, my daughter kayaking and a beautiful sun set!
I layered a couple of pink papers, clear acetate and vellum under my picture together with some gold glitter cardstock. I used once again the beautiful gold letters for my title and I underlined my picture with the beautiful orange washi tape!!
On the right side of my photo, I embellishment with the pink ombre canvas tag on which I stitched the "bliss" acrylic word. With the little cord I formed a heart. I added some doodle heart wood veneers, some backwards, and I sprinkled some pink crystals.
While writing my journaling I added one of the little stamp cloud with hearts.
Thousand thanks to Kinnari for letting me be part of the Pinfresh Studio adventure!
Have fun creating every one! :)
